While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and details, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or manufacturing processes. ### Exchange Eligibility #### Domestic Orders Only Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within India. #### Product Condition To qualify for an exchange, the product must: * Be unused, unworn, and unwashed. * Have all original tags attached. * Be returned in its original packaging. * Show no signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alterations. ### Non-Exchangeable Items The following products are not eligible for exchange unless received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition: * Sale or Clearance Products * Customized or Personalized Products Exchange requests based solely on minor color variations or fabric texture differences will not be accepted. ### Exchange Request Process #### Step 1: Submit Your Request Please contact our support team within **48 hours of delivery**. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team. #### Step 3: Quality Inspection Once the returned product reaches our warehouse: * A quality inspection will be conducted. * If approved, the exchange will be processed. #### Step 4: Replacement Dispatch The replacement product will be dispatched within **7–10 business days** after successful inspection.
