Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Charges

Within India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and package size.
  • Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may be applicable according to the destination country's regulations.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Trend Capital is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
  • If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued for shipping costs.

Processing & Delivery Time

As many of our products are carefully sourced and prepared, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for order processing.
  • 5–10 business days for domestic delivery after dispatch.
  • 7–15 business days for international delivery after dispatch.

During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be sent via Email and/or SMS.
  • You can monitor your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Guidelines

Upon receiving your order:

  • Please inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for any damage or missing-item claims.

Claims regarding damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
