Shipping Charges Within India Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and package size. Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Customs Duties & Taxes For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may be applicable according to the destination country's regulations. These charges must be paid by the customer. Trend Capital is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or clearance fees. If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued for shipping costs.

Processing & Delivery Time As many of our products are carefully sourced and prepared, please allow: 2–5 business days for order processing. 5–10 business days for domestic delivery after dispatch. 7–15 business days for international delivery after dispatch. During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched: Tracking details will be sent via Email and/or SMS. You can monitor your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Guidelines Upon receiving your order: Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately. We recommend recording an unboxing video for any damage or missing-item claims. Claims regarding damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes multiple quality inspections before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and details, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or manufacturing processes.

Exchange Eligibility

Domestic Orders Only Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within India.

Product Condition To qualify for an exchange, the product must: Be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Have all original tags attached. Be returned in its original packaging. Show no signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.

Non-Exchangeable Items The following products are not eligible for exchange unless received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition: Sale or Clearance Products Customized or Personalized Products Exchange requests based solely on minor color variations or fabric texture differences will not be accepted.

Exchange Request Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide: Order Number Product Details Reason for Exchange Images (if required)

Step 2: Reverse Pickup If reverse pickup service is available in your area, our logistics partner will collect the product. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Step 3: Quality Inspection Once the returned product reaches our warehouse: A quality inspection will be conducted. If approved, the exchange will be processed.

Step 4: Replacement Dispatch The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days after successful inspection. Only one exchange request per order/item will be be accepted. Size Unavailability If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable: A Store Credit/Credit Note may be issued. Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Policy Customer-Initiated Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped or processed. To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Prepaid Orders For eligible prepaid order cancellations: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers may choose Store Credit.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders COD orders can also be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

Cancellation Charges For prepaid orders, payment gateway transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Company-Initiated Cancellation Trend Capital reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances including but not limited to: Product unavailability Pricing or listing errors Suspected fraudulent transactions Payment verification issues Logistics restrictions If an order is cancelled by Trend Capital, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid.

No Return & Refund Policy

No Return Policy Trend Capital follows a strict NO RETURN POLICY. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund. We do not accept returns for: Change of mind Incorrect size selected by the customer Color or fabric variations caused by screen settings Personal preference Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, Promotional, or Discount Offers Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Eligibility Refunds will be issued only in the following situations: The order is cancelled by Trend Capital before dispatch. A prepaid order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period. Duplicate payment is made for the same order. The product is lost during transit and confirmed by the courier partner.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After verification, we will offer: A replacement (subject to stock availability), or Store Credit if a replacement is unavailable. Refunds will not be provided for damaged or incorrect products if a replacement or store credit is offered.
